- The shortlisting process for all applying talent is progressive based on clearing the prior round. The interview rounds are as follows:
- Online written test to assess communication, quantitative skills and aptitude.
- Group discussion.
- Face to face technical interview with Mindtree.
- HR Interview and the intent of offer.
Note:
All offered talent will go through a 45 to 60 day training program at Mindtree Global Learning Center, Bhubaneswar before being placed in any of our development centers across India based on project need.
